Each semester I will provide data snapshots of Cozad Community Schools. The focus this year has been on English Language Arts, as we have adopted new curriculum resources. This data is a testament to our staff's hard work in all areas.
Test scores don't just occur from a student's core block. It is our lunch ladies filling student bellies, our paras supporting in the classroom, all teachers helping to develop writing skills in question responses and reading comprehension in text, our custodians making sure our buildings are taken care of, and many others working in the same direction.
As I state in the snapshots: When looking at data, we always celebrate the positives and try to diagnose the areas we can improve in. Data is a great way to continue to grow and be the best version of ourselves. Data is, and always will be just one piece of the puzzle. Cozad Community Schools is focused on always getting better!
-Connor Williams, Director of Teaching and Learning
