Cozad Community Schools is seeking applicants for the following positions for the 2021-2022 school year:
Elementary Special Education Paraprofessional - This opening is a 9-month, 35 hour per week position at the Elementary School. Paras require a High School Diploma or GED and must pass a Para Assessment or have the minimum amount of college credit. You will work closely with the teacher in your assigned classrooms and support them in their duties. Tasks may change depending on the needs of the students. Ideal candidate is caring, compassionate and dedicated to the students’ success. Benefits include single health, dental and vision insurance.
Substitute Teachers. Valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate required or applicants may apply for a Local Substitute Teaching Certificate through the Nebraska Department of Education. Applicants may qualify for a local substitute permit if they have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours of college coursework.
