Tomorrow night, Friday, December 8th, at the B/G Varsity Basketball games vs Hershey we will be recognizing our 1,000 and 5,000 shot club boys youth basketball winners. If you completed this over the summer, Coach Danielson is sending a handout home with your son today. We will do our Shot Club Recognition between the Girls and Boys games at approx. 7:15-7:30pm. Tomorrow night (Friday, Dec 8th) at the Cozad vs. Hershey Boys Basketball half-time, the Middle School Spirit Club will be performing with the Cozad Jazz Dance Team. This group of girls are part of the STEAM Activity Class that worked for 5 weeks on the dance and making locker tags for the Middle School athletes. The class was instructed by HaLea Messersmith and Kelly Boshart. Please join us for this performance.

CHS will be having a State One Act Send Off on Thursday, December 7th, at 10:45 am. The One Act team will be performing their state qualifying play, "Chasing Fogg" for the student bodies of the HS and MS. This will be a great opportunity for all to see the One Act team one more time before they head to state!
The Lions Club will be providing a showing of the Emoji Movie on December 16th in Gothenburg. The first showing is at 1:30 with the door opening at 1:00. The next showing will start at 4:00. It is first to come first serve. It is free admission and free popcorn for the show.

Cozad Middle School students had the opportunity to give back to their community by donating and delivering paper products and laundry detergent over the past couple weeks. For their hard work and contributions, classes earned an early dismissal on December 21st. Early Dismissal times will be as follows.
7th grade dismissed at 11:20 (7th graders can eat if they want to before they go home)
8th grade dismissed after they eat first lunch (12:00)
6th grade dismissed at 12:55 (they will eat lunch at school)
