ALERT: The C-6 District Softball Tournament is scheduled to be played on Thursday and Friday (10.4.18 & 10.5.18). The schedule will not be altered to play on Wednesday and any altering of the playing schedule due to weather will be only after the start of the tournament on Thursday.
REMINDER: This is a reminder from a previously posted announcement. There will be NO home volleyball games played against Holdrege on Thursday (10.4.18). This was a scheduling error due to NSAA schedule limits not allowing us to play this game. We again apologize for the inconvenience.
Congratulations to these individuals who made the auditioned Sing Around Nebraska Honor Choir group. The event will begin with Friday evening registration and rehearsal November 2, and will culminate with a concert at O’Donnell Auditorium at Nebraska Wesleyan University on Saturday, November 3, 2018 in Lincoln Nebraska. Congratulations to all who were selected.

Picture retakes will be on Tuesday, October 2nd. All children who were absent on picture day (August 22nd) will have their picture taken. Picture packets are available in the office. If you want your child to have their picture retaken, the original picture package is required. Please send it with the child on October 2.

Congratulations to CMS Seventh graders Payton Pond and Makenzie Smock who have been recognized by the Duke University Talent Identification Program (Duke TIP). Duke TIP is a nonprofit organization that serves academically talented students. It offers above-grade-level testing, academic enrichment benefits, and accelerated learning programs that supplement the education received in regular schools. Payton and Makenzie qualified for the program based on the results of their NSCAS assessments.
