Cozad Community Schools is seeking applicants for the following positions:
Route & Activity Bus Driver. CDL preferred or required upon hire. CDL costs covered by the school district. $18.55 per hour.
Part-Time AfterZone Para-Professional. Position includes working as a part of a team doing activities with elementary students, working 12-15 afternoon hours per week. Candidate hired will not report for work until the beginning of the next school year.

Youth Wrestling Camp this Thursday and Friday!
Camp: Youth Takedown Machine Camp
Date: Thursday, May 23 & Friday, May 24
Time: 8:30-11:00 am (both days)
Grades: 1-8
Cost: $20 (Cozad wrestlers) ($40 non Haymakers)

Cozad Youth Golf Camp has been rescheduled to June 3-4 8:00-11:30. We are switching to two days with extended time to accommodate schedules and honor other camp times.
Youth Golf Camp is postponed for today. The updated forecast shows rain at 9 am.
We will make a decision about tomorrow by 4 pm today.
M. McGinnis runs a 2:32 in the Class B 800M. Great effort today and a wonderful way to cap her career!!

Cozad Girls 3200M runs a tough race and finishes 10th in Class B. K. Calhoun, A. Nelsen, M. McGinnis, and T. Chytka ran a 10:36 which was a season PR!!! Great job girls!!
Thank you to these educators for their service to Cozad Community Schools. Staff was recognized today for their years of service. Those staff members leaving the district were also recognized for their service and contributions to our school district.
Congratulations to Mrs. Jann Kloepping and Mrs. Patty Margritz, recipients of the 2019 Excellence in Education Outstanding Educator Award. The senior class nominated teachers that had the most influence on them during their years as a student in the Cozad Community Schools considering the teacher's abilities as instructors, motivators, and role models. Thank you to the Cozad Community Schools Foundation for their support of this award.
