Picture retakes will be on Tuesday, October 2nd. All children who were absent on picture day (August 22nd) will have their picture taken. Picture packets are available in the office. If you want your child to have their picture retaken, the original picture package is required. Please send it with the child on October 2.
Order forms for C-6 District softball apparel are in! Please email order form back to Jordan Cudney at jordan.cudney@cozadschools.net by SATURDAY, September 29th. Payment will be due upon receipt of apparel. Please make checks out to Cozad Community Schools.
Congratulations to CMS Seventh graders Payton Pond and Makenzie Smock who have been recognized by the Duke University Talent Identification Program (Duke TIP). Duke TIP is a nonprofit organization that serves academically talented students. It offers above-grade-level testing, academic enrichment benefits, and accelerated learning programs that supplement the education received in regular schools. Payton and Makenzie qualified for the program based on the results of their NSCAS assessments.

LOCATION CHANGE: Due to heavy rain in Utica, tonight’s softball Triangular will be played at the ballfields in Beaver Crossing. Game times will remain the same.
Girls Golf / Cross Country / Cheer Parents Night is THIS FRIDAY (9.28.18) Night at the home football game versus Minden. For the parents and athletes involved in GIRLS GOLF & CROSS COUNTRY, you will meet on the NORTH END of the track at 6:15 PM to start to get lined up. We will begin announcing parents and athletes at 6:30 PM.
For the parents and athletes involved in CHEER, the parents and athletes will be recognized at the BEGINNING of halftime.
LOCATION CHANGE: The JV/V Triangular vs Ord/Broken Bow will be played in ORD next Tuesday (10.2.18). The school calendar/website states the game will be played in Broken Bow, but the location for this years game is ORD.
SCHEDULE UPDATE: The JV game versus Gothenburg scheduled for next Monday (10.1.18) has been cancelled due to low participation numbers.
