2020-2021 Cheerleaders
Message from Cozad Community Schools Superintendent Ron Wymore: This is to let you know that the school buildings will be closed until at least May 31st. This is a part of a new Directed Health Measure issued by Governor Ricketts. Graduation is postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date in accordance with regulations from the Two Rivers Health. NSAA has cancelled all activity practices and competitions including district and state competitions for the remainder of the school year. Cozad Community Schools will continue with our on-line education for all students until the end of the school year. Your child needs to make sure to do the on-line activities and assignments for the rest of the year. Not doing the assignments could jeopardize their credits for the second semester classes. Stay healthy and practice social distancing.

Parents: We will be adding Weekend meals to the Grab and Go meal service. We will send 3 meals home with students on Friday so that they have food over the weekend. The district and OPAA! are trying to ensure the students of Cozad have nutritious meals. Unfortuantely, we are no longer able to do the Snack each day. NDE is reconsidering if we can serve it during the shutdown. We will be having Chicken and Waffles today and Chicken Patty with Mashed Potatoes tomorrow. We are trying to continue to serve food that our students love while they are away from school. Parents and Students may look up the menus at cozadschools.nutrislice.com. They may also download the Nutrislice Ap for their cell phone. Reminder, these meals are FREE for ALL children ages 1-18 and we have 6 pickup locations.
