I look forward to building technique and advancing the skill levels of these dancers. CHS Junior Abby Negley showcased her research at the Western Regional Science Fair at Mid-Plains Community College in North Platte on Wednesday, March 12th. Her project, "The Effect Veterinary Exams Have on Animal Behavioral Stress," examined whether at-home vet exams cause less stress than those conducted in a clinic. She measured stress levels through glucose and blood cortisone levels.
Abby’s project earned 3rd place, receiving a $55 monetary donation from the VFW, and she qualified to present at the Nebraska State Science Fair at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in April. Congratulations, Abby! #HaymakerWay
