Parents & Students: The last day of school for Cozad Community School students is next Thursday, May 17th. The calendar states that it is a 2:00 dismissal however, this is incorrect. Students will be dismissed on the last day at 11:00 am. There will be no breakfast or lunch served this day.

Cozad High School and the Class of 2018 would like to thank all of the generous Cozad and area citizens who offer scholarships including memorials for lost loved ones, local businesses, community & school organizations, and special foundations. Without you all, the honors convocation and scholarship opportunities would not be possible.
Last night over 200 honor awards and scholarships were delivered to about 30 of our most deserving Seniors. We are so grateful for the support of our community!
Early Dismissal - Monday, May 14 at 2:00 PM - Cozad Community Schools will be dismissed at 2 PM on Monday, May 14 so that staff and students may pay their respects at the funeral service of Bonnie Hansen. Bonnie was a teacher, friend and colleague for many years, who recently lost her brave battle against cancer. Please join us in extending our deepest sympathies to Bonnie's family.
The Cozad Community Schools District is deeply saddened by the passing of long-time teacher, mentor, and friend, Bonnie Hansen. Bonnie was an integral part of our school family for many years and she continued to substitute, mentor and provide support for her fellow teachers following her retirement. Bonnie's family is in our hearts, and our community and school system will truly miss her.

Great day on the links by the Haymaker Golf Team!! Adam Cole won the individual championship with a 73 and the team finished runner up! The boys will be in action this Thursday as the V goes to Ogallala and the JV goes to Bertrand. Well done men!!
