Cozad Community Schools is seeking applicants for a Special Education Paraprofessional. Paras require a High School Diploma or GED and must pass a Para Assessment or have the minimum amount of college credit. You will work closely with the teacher in your assigned classrooms and support them in their duties. Tasks may change depending on the needs of the students. Ideal candidate is caring, compassionate and dedicated to the students’ success.

Congratulations to CHS Junior Shaundra Wiederholt for being awarded 2nd Place at the district level for her Voice of Democracy audio essay. Shaundra's Voice of Democracy will now be advanced to the state level. Shaundra was awarded her certificate and a check this afternoon by Cathy Winegarden, District 13 Commander of Nebraska Veterans of Foreign Wars.
