Congratulations to Cozad Elementary teacher Mrs. Deb Neill on her retirement! After 38 years in education, including 37 years at Cozad Community Schools, Mrs. Neill is leaving behind an incredible legacy of service, care, and dedication to students. Her patience, encouragement, and passion for teaching have helped shape the lives of so many children and families over the years.
