To our new Haymaker Kindergartners for the 2026–2027 school year — this is a reminder that before the first day of school, students must have the following on file with the Elementary Office:
• Completed immunization record (including 5-year-old boosters)
• Physical exam
• Vision exam
• Copy of a certified birth certificate
