CHS Senior Olliver Davis Commits to Hastings College Basketball

Cozad High School senior Olliver Davis has signed to continue his academic and athletic career at Hastings College, where he will play basketball for the Broncos.

Olliver’s interest in Hastings grew after attending a summer camp on campus, where he connected with the coaching staff and gained a strong appreciation for the program and facilities. Hastings also holds special meaning for Olliver and his family—both of his parents are alumni. His father, Brian Davis, played basketball, and his mother, Aimee Davis, played volleyball during their time as Broncos.

In addition to basketball, Olliver plans to major in Accounting. Looking ahead, he hopes to attend law school and pursue a career in tax law, with the goal of eventually returning to Cozad to work alongside his father.

Olliver was surrounded by family, teammates, and coaches at his signing, including his parents, Brian and Aimee, his brother Julien, and his sister Annabelle. Also in attendance were Hastings College assistant basketball coach Landon Graver, CHS head coach Nick Broz, and many of his teammates and friends.

Cozad High School is proud of Olliver’s accomplishments and looks forward to seeing all he will achieve at the next level.
