Cozad Community Schools is pleased to announce that Preston Carbaugh has been named the new Cozad Elementary Physical Education Teacher and Girls Golf Coach at Cozad High School. Coach Carbaugh replaces Bryce Bivins who has stepped down from the position. Prior to coming to Cozad, Coach Carbaugh competed in golf at the collegiate level for Midland University and was nationally ranked in NAIA. While in high school, he was a 4-time state qualifier, 3-time state medalist and state champion in 2019.
Coach Carbaugh will also be an assistant coach for girls basketball and boys golf.
