Cozad Elementary Supply List 2020-2021

ALL ITEMS ARE OPTIONAL

Kindergarten

  • 3 standard (16-24) count crayons
  • 12 sharpened pencils #2 lead
  • 3 Plastic pocket folders (bottom pockets only)
  • 16 glue sticks
  • 1 box of classic colors crayola markers
  • back pack (NO wheels)
  • 2 or 3 large boxes of Kleenex
  • 1 large erasers
  • 1 standard 8 count crayons
  • 2 boxed snacks (optional)
  • 1 plastic pencil box (8x5)
  • Headphones (no earbuds)
  • 1 small scissors (Fiskars is a good brand)
  • Wooden Pencils ONLY, no plastic coatings on the pencils
  • 3 containers of disinfectant wipes (ex. Clorox, Lysol)
  • 1 box of colored pencils (12)
  • 4 dry erase markers (black & blue)

1st Grade

  • 12 glue Sticks (not colored)
  • 2 plastic pocket folder (bottom pockets)
  • 4 boxes crayons (16 or 24 count)       
  • 2 large erasers
  • 2 pencil box
  • 1 set of headphones for computer
  • 2 large boxes of Kleenex
  • 2 Boxes of classic washable markers
  • 1 back pack ( NO wheels)
  • 4 dry erase markers (black) 
  • 2 boxes of (Classic) washable markers
  • 2 boxes of crackers (snack)
  • 2 containers of disinfectant wipes (ex Clorox, Lysol)
  • 1 wide-ruled spiral notebook

  • 1 small pair of scissors

2nd Grade

  • 6 glue sticks (not colored)
  • back pack (NO wheels)
  • 1 box of crayons (24 count)
  • plastic pencil box
  • 1 box of washable markers
  • 2    large pencil erasers
  • 2 pocket folders (bottom pockets only)
  • 1    Prang 8 color water colors
  • 1 12 count box colored pencils
  • 3    large boxes of Kleenex
  • 4 dry erase markers & eraser or old sock
  • headphones for chromebook
  • 4 containers of disinfectant wipes (ex. Clorox, Lysol)
  • 1 small scissors (Fiskars is a good brand)
  • 20 pencils -Pencils will be shared in classroom supply.  Please do not send “special” pencils.
  • 3 Wide –ruled 1 subject spiral notebook. These will be put into the classroom supply.

3rd Grade

  • 1  zipper pencil bag or pencil box

  • 1  Pkg Black dry erase markers
  • 1 ruler-cm and inches

  • 6 packages of YELLOW pencils (no mechanical or plastic)
  • 3  solid colored pocket folders
  • 1 package of red pens
  • 1  box colored pencils
  • 1 package of blue pens
  • 1  box of crayons (16 or more)
  • 1 package of markers
  • 1  Pkg pencil top erasers
  • 2 large pink erasers

  • 2 12 oz hand sanitizer or 1 lg hand sanitizer

4th Grade

  • NO individual pencil sharpeners

5th Grade

  • back pack (NO wheels, they don’t fit in lockers)
  • 6 pocket folders w/o clasps

  • 2 red checking pens/2 blue pens
  • 2    Spiral notebooks  (wide ruled)
  • 2 or 3 large boxes Kleenex
  • pencil erasers
  • 1 or 2 containers of disinfectant wipes

Cozad Early Education Center (Pre-K) Supply List 2020-2021

ALL ITEMS ARE OPTIONAL

At CEEC we do many hands on activities. Your child will use many materials throughout the year. We would appreciate help from our families in supplying these materials. If you are able, please send the following supplies with your child. These supplies are optional and your child will be supplied these items if needed.


  • 1 standard 24 count crayons
  • 1 plastic folder with 3 prong fasteners and pockets
  • 6 glue sticks
  • 1 box of classic colors Crayola markers
  • 1 backpack (NO wheels) large enough for folder to fit into
  • 2 large boxes of Kleenex
  • 3 containers of disinfectant wipes (ex. Clorox, Lysol)
  • 1 box of colored pencils (12)
  • 2 pkg of 4 dry erase markers (black or blue)
  • 1 bottles Elmer’s glue
  • 2 packages of snacks (graham crackers, cookies, cereal, etc)
  • 1 water bottle
  • 2 watercolor paint sets

*extra change of clothes to keep in backpack in case of accidents

*photo of family to display in our room. (can be e-mailed later)

*optional for nap...small pillow and blanket (we have extra blankets if needed)
