Cozad Community Schools participates in the federal free and reduced price meals program for children unable to pay the full price of meals.
To apply for free or reduced price meals, households should fill out the application and return it to the school or District Office. You can pick one up at any school building, the District Office or download the application here. (A printable Application form is also in "Documents > District > 2021-2022")
The information provided will be used for the purpose of determining eligibility and may be verified at any time during the school year by school or other program officials.
Although meals will be free for all enrolled students, it is very important for families to still apply for free/reduced meal benefits to potentially qualify for P-EBT benefits plus other discounts and fee waivers available at school and in the community.
