Congratulations to CHS Senior Shawn Peltier who signed his letter of intent to join the United States Army.  Shawn will leave June 27th to Fort Benning, Georgia for 22 weeks of basic training.  Upon completion of basic training, he will be stationed at Fort Hood in Texas.  Shawn's area of interest is in law enforcement. The signing was attended by  his parents, Brad and Laura Peltier and Army recruiter Sargent Solich.  We are proud of Shawn and  your decision to pursue a new journey to defend our nation. We applaud his decision to join the army and wish him all the best on this challenging yet rewarding path. Congratulations to you all!
