Cozad Community Schools is pleased to announce that Tim Negley has been named the new Head Girls’ Wrestling Coach at Cozad High School. Coach Negley comes to Cozad after spending ten years at Gothenburg. Prior to his years at Gothenburg, Coach Negley spent five years as the head coach at McPherson County High School and eight years at Lincoln Christian High School. He’s had a hand in starting wrestling programs at both McPherson County (boys) and Gothenburg (girls).
Coach Negley has led and coached 82 state qualifiers, 26 medalists, 6 finalists and 3 state champions.
