Makaia Baker was selected as the Elk Student of the Month for August, and Andrea Meester received this honor for the month of October.
Makaia Baker's achievements extend across various domains, showcasing her unwavering commitment to excellence. Her impressive list of involvements includes volleyball, cross country, basketball, track, cheerleading, student council, the spirit club, and membership in the National Honor Society. Makaia's dedication to sports and academics reflects her well-rounded approach to her high school experience. Her consistent recognition on the Exemplary Honor Roll for the past three years and her nomination as a Believers and Achievers Nominee exemplify her academic excellence and dedication.
Andrea Meester, the Elk Student of the Month for October, is a leader with a strong service-oriented spirit. Her active participation in FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America) and choir highlights her dedication to the community. Andrea has also been actively involved in FCCLA, SkillsUSA, Tri M Music Honor Society, National Honor Society, and Science Fair, demonstrating her commitment to various areas of personal and academic growth. Her recognition for high achievement in her STAR projects and the countless community service hours she has dedicated underscore her leadership and impact on the community.
